Shipping policy

We want to get your luxury extensions to you as quickly and safely as possible. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ensure your delivery is fully secure, traceable, and insured.

Processing & Dispatch

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
